Each section below covers one part of the policy. Headings are numbered in the order they matter to a building project, starting with what we collect and finishing with how to reach us.
- Plain language, no legal shorthand
- Applies to enquiries, quotes and signed builds
- Updated whenever our process changes

What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device so it can remember something the next time you visit, like whether you have already seen a notice or which part of a form you were filling in. Cookies cannot run programs, and they cannot read other files on your device.
Cookies we use
We keep things fairly light. The site runs on a small number of cookies, all of which fit into the categories below.
- Essential cookies that keep the site working and remember your cookie choice
- Preference cookies that remember things like your language setting
- Statistics cookies that tell us which pages visitors actually read
We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not sell any cookie data to third parties.
How long they stay
Session cookies disappear as soon as you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay for a set period, usually between thirty days and twelve months, and then drop off on their own.
- Cookie choice: up to twelve months
- Language and display preferences: up to six months
- Anonymous page view statistics: up to twenty-four months
Managing cookies
When you first land on the homepage, a banner asks whether you want to accept cookies. You can accept or decline, and your answer is remembered after a reload.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or using its cookie settings. Every mainstream browser will let you block or delete cookies, and it will also let you browse in a private window that forgets everything when you close it.
If you decline cookies, the site still works. Some preferences simply will not carry over between visits.
Third party services
We embed a map and some font and script files from external providers so pages load quickly and directions work. Those providers may set their own cookies when their content loads. We do not control what they store, so check their own policies if that concerns you.
