We answer within one month, and we will extend that only if a request is unusually complex, in which case we will tell you why.

Disputes about this website or our contracts are handled under the laws of Queensland, Australia, in the courts of that state. If you are outside Australia and a local consumer law gives you stronger rights, nothing on this page removes those rights.
