If your enquiry was about a sauna, a bathhouse or a renovation, he will ask a few questions about how you plan to use it. If it was about a home build, expect a longer conversation about the block, the budget and the timeline.
Step 1
We read what you sent
Your message goes straight to the project manager, not a queue. If you mentioned drawings or plans, we will ask you to email those separately so we can price from the real thing.
Step 2
A short call to confirm the details
Site access, slope, whether services are already run, and how far you have got with design. This is usually ten to fifteen minutes and it saves a lot of back and forth later.
Step 3
A site visit if it is a fit
If the project lines up with what we do, we will organise a visit, usually within a fortnight. No charge within 100 km of Cairns, and you will get a straight answer either way.

Most people who contact us want to know roughly what the build will cost before they get too far into a conversation. We publish our real rates for a reason, so you can work out whether we are in the same ballpark before anyone drives out to your block.
